Why Zhongli Weiye gas burners
Gas burners sit at the heart of steam and hot water boilers, thermal oil heaters, hot air generators and direct-fired drying lines, in food processing, chemical, paper, textile, coating, petroleum and general industrial plants. Projects usually begin with a boiler that already exists: it needs more output, it has to meet a tighter emission limit, or the burner on it has reached the end of its service life and has to be replaced without re-engineering the furnace.
What decides the model is rarely the headline output figure. Fuel type (natural gas or LPG), the turndown your load profile actually needs, the NOx and CO limits that apply at your site, combustion chamber backpressure, available installation depth and the electrical supply all narrow the field long before price does. Where a low-NOx premix burner is required, the emission class of the burner matters more than its maximum output — which is why we ask for boiler data and site conditions before we quote.

Low-NOx and premix gas burners
Where a permit or annual inspection sets the NOx limit, emission class decides the model before output does. Premix designs such as the Riello RX 500 S/P mix gas and air ahead of the head, holding NOx down across the modulation range rather than at one test point. For that model the product manual records NOx max 53 mg/kWh and CO max 7.8 mg/kWh, measured by TÜV Industrie Service GmbH (TÜV SÜD Gruppe), and declares the burner to EN 676 as Class 3.

Can a Riello gas burner replace the burner currently on my boiler?
Usually yes, but the check is made against the boiler, not the old burner's nameplate. Send a photo of the boiler nameplate, the model coming off, the chamber dimensions and the gas pressure available. We verify output, backpressure, flame size and physical fit, then come back with a model — or tell you it will not match.
What is your lead time, and do you keep gas burners in stock?
It depends on the model and how it is configured: a catalogued burner and a unit built to a specific gas train, control package and voltage are different propositions, and availability moves. We confirm the position for your configuration when you enquire, so give us the date you need it on site.
Can these burners run on LPG, and do you supply the gas train?
Selected models are supplied for natural gas with an optional LPG kit — the datasheet states it model by model. We supply the gas trains, valves and control components that complete the installation, sized to your gas family, inlet pressure and required flow.
