Fuel Burners

Zhongli Weiye supplies light oil burners with the pumps, nozzles, ignition and control components matched to the model you run — with selection, commissioning and maintenance support for the whole cycle.

Why Zhongli Weiye fuel burners

Light oil burners remain the default choice where no gas network reaches the plant, where fuel oil is already stored on site, or where a factory wants a fuel it controls in its own tanks. They fire hot water, steam and diathermic oil boilers, hot air and steam generators, and drying equipment across food, chemical, textile, coating and general industrial plants, and they are the usual standby fuel where a site also runs on gas.

Selection comes down to the firing range your boiler actually needs, the viscosity of the oil you will burn, whether two-stage or modulating operation matches your load profile, and the pump and nozzle set that suits your fuel pressure. Oil firing also puts atomisation quality at the centre of emissions performance: a burner that is correctly sized but badly set up will smoke, carbon up the combustion head and foul the heat exchanger — and no amount of burner capacity fixes that.

  • Selection against your boiler duty, oil viscosity and nozzle pressure.
  • Installation, commissioning and combustion set-up supported by our technical team.
  • Calibration and testing of burners, valves and actuators as part of after-sales service.

Buyer Questions

Fuel FAQs

Can a light oil burner also fire heavy oil?

Not without changes that have to be engineered: heavy oil needs pre-heating, a different pump and nozzle set and a combustion head rated for the viscosity. Send us the oil specification and boiler duty and we will confirm what is feasible before quoting.

What boiler data do you need to size a fuel burner?

Boiler type and duty (hot water, steam, thermal oil or hot air), the required output range and turndown, the combustion chamber dimensions or drawing, and the oil supply conditions — viscosity, temperature and pump pressure. Drawings are worth more than descriptions.

Who sets up the combustion after installation?

Our technical service capability covers calibration and testing of burners, valves, flowmeters and actuators, commissioning and trial-run support, and hands-on training for your own engineers. Scope is agreed per project.
