Universal Controller
Zhongli Weiye supplies universal controllers configured to what your plant needs the controller to supervise and drive.
Where a universal controller fits
A universal controller is a configurable burner or process controller used where the original program controller does not cover what the plant needs — sequencing on a retrofit, modulation on a multi-burner installation, or one controller running both the burner and a process temperature or pressure loop.
Because these controllers are configured rather than simply fitted, the questions to settle first are what the controller has to supervise, which sensors and actuators it must drive, which flame detector it will accept, what its outputs have to command, and how the setpoint is given. Wiring and configuration are part of the job rather than an afterthought.
- Typical use: replacement or upgraded sequencing, modulation control, or combined burner and process control in one unit.
- For this category, send the existing wiring arrangement or a photo of the controller and its terminals — it is the category where the panel arrangement matters most.

Universal FAQs
Can one controller run both the burner and my process loop?
Often yes, and that is exactly what universal controllers are for. Send us the sensor and actuator list, the flame detector in use and the panel arrangement, and we will propose a configuration before quoting.
