Buyer Questions
Support FAQs
How fast can you ship a burner or a spare part?
Stocked models and common spare parts go out first. Built-to-order and non-stocked items follow the brand principal's production schedule — send us the model and quantity and we will confirm a date before you commit.
Can you supply a burner for a non-standard duty?
Yes. We specify and assemble the package around your duty, and we source models outside the catalogue when a standard unit will not meet it.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
T/T payment; sea or air freight worldwide, shipped from Shenzhen. Tell us your destination and we will quote both options with the applicable Incoterm.
How do I identify the spare part I need?
Send us the burner nameplate — model and serial number — or a photo of the part. We match it against the parts list we hold for that model and confirm the code before you order.
Documentation
