Ceramic Kiln
Burners for Ceramic Kilns & Firing
Clean, uniform heat for ceramic kilns, with control that protects your firing curve.
How Zhongli Weiye equips this industry
Ceramic firing tolerates little temperature non-uniformity. We supply gas and dual-fuel burners with modulation and zone control suited to kilns and periodic furnaces.
A kiln's refractory mass stores heat unevenly if burners are badly placed; we advise burner position, number and zone control so heat spreads across the ware rather than concentrating at the flame root.
Because ceramic bodies crack on fast thermal shock, we favour burners with deep, stable turndown and a soft flame so the schedule ramps without overshoot.

Buyer Questions
Ceramic Kiln FAQs
Can you zone-control a kiln?
Yes. We lay out burners and independent zone control so each section of the kiln holds its target, which is what keeps a full car of ware firing evenly.
What fuel for ceramic firing?
Gas is preferred where it is piped because the flame stays clean and the kiln does not pick up soot on the ware; dual-fuel covers long firings where a gas interruption would lose a kiln load. We specify the burner by kiln type and local supply.
Is flame safety included?
Always — UV or IR detectors and the program controller are supplied as a matched, fail-safe set that proves flame before every light-off, which is what a kiln that fires for days needs.
