Iron and steel foundries need high, sustained heat with control to protect metal quality. We supply heavy-duty gas and oil burners sized for cupolas, crucible and holding furnaces, with modulation for the holding phase.
A foundry floor is hard on equipment - molten splash, sand dust and thermal shock - so we size rugged burners for the pour rate and then modulate down as the ladles are drawn off.
Between pours the furnace must hold temperature without the bath freezing in the runner; we size the modulation and safety so the metal stays fluid through the whole shift.

Can the burner handle the holding phase?
Modulation in holding keeps the metal at pour temperature without over-firing; we set this by furnace type so the bath does not go cold in the runner between casts.
Gas or oil for foundries?
Gas is cleaner and gives finer control where piped; oil carries the continuous iron and steel melt or foundries off the gas grid. We size by furnace size and the metal poured.
Is safety control included?
Detectors and controllers are a matched set, built for the dirty, hot foundry floor where a missed flame-out can drop a ladle of molten metal.
