Burners for Powder Coating Curing Ovens

Precise, even heat for powder coating curing ovens and paint lines.

How Zhongli Weiye equips this industry

Powder coating cures within a narrow temperature window; too little and it doesn't flow, too much and it scorches. We supply gas and dual-fuel burners with modulation matched to the oven profile.

The cure window is tight and the line runs fast; we size the burner so it holds the belt-zone temperature through the whole pass rather than drifting as the oven loads up.

A colour change or a stoppage changes the oven load instantly; we size the modulation and safety so the cure recovers without scorching the next batch.

Buyer Questions

Powder Coating FAQs

Can the burner hold the cure window?

Modulation tracks the oven setpoint, so the powder flows and cross-links consistently instead of curing patchy.

What fuel for curing ovens?

Gas is cleanest for a paint shop and preferred where piped; dual-fuel keeps the line curing through a supply cut that would scrap a batch. We advise by oven size and line speed.

Is safety control included?

Detectors and controllers are a matched set, and we keep the flame-scanner spares a paint shop relies on; a light-off failure halts the cure.

Firing this duty?

Send the oven size, profile and line speed and we match the burners and detectors.
