A reheat furnace runs zones from preheat to soak; we zone and modulate the burners so the billet reaches forging temperature evenly instead of scaling on the hot face.
Scale loss is money and a dirty furnace; we set low-excess-air firing at soak and size the safety so the mill keeps its temperature through the campaign.

Can the burner zone-control the furnace?
Zoning and modulation hold each section on target, so forging temperature stays even and scale loss stays low.
Gas or oil for steel reheat?
Gas is cleaner and gives finer control where piped; oil carries the high, continuous reheat duty or mills off the gas grid. We set the burner by furnace size and product mix.
Is safety control included?
Detectors and controllers are a matched set, built for the high-temperature, high-dust furnace where a missed flame-out can wreck a billet.
