Thermal Oil Heater

Burners for Thermal Oil Heating Systems

Precise, stable heat for thermal oil circuits in chemical, textile and process plants.

How Zhongli Weiye equips this industry

Thermal oil heaters need steady combustion because the oil temperature must stay within a narrow band for safety and process quality. We match gas or oil burners to the heater's duty and modulation range.

Thermal oil degrades if it runs too hot and stalls the process if too cold; we size the burner so it modulates tightly to the heater setpoint and never overshoots the oil limit.

Because a thermal-oil fire is hard to shut down, we build the safety chain — flame detection, high-limit and flow proving — as a fail-safe set with the burner.

Buyer Questions

Thermal Oil Heater FAQs

Will the burner hold the temperature band?

Modulation tracks the thermal-oil setpoint so the circuit stays inside its safe band and the process keeps running.

Gas or oil for thermal oil?

Gas is cleaner and easier to trim where piped; oil or dual-fuel serves sites without a gas grid. We decide by plant location and the heater's standby requirement.

What safety is included?

Flame detectors, high-limit and flow proving are part of the matched set, because a thermal-oil system fails hard if it overtemp — it cannot just be switched off.

Firing this duty?

Give us the heater duty, oil temperature and flow and we match the burner and controls.
